Description of Services

Alignce LLC provides marketing services and training programs, including:

Done-for-you marketing services (e.g., funnel creation, paid advertising)
Sales and marketing training via our SalesCode System®
Consulting services for coaches, consultants, and course creators

We operate as both a marketing agency and a training company.

User Eligibility & Accounts

There are no age restrictions for accessing our Services.
To access the SalesCode System® training or other members-only content, users must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree not to share your account with any third party.

Payments & Refund Policy

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Stripe.
All payments for Services, including our done-for-you packages and training programs, are due as specified during checkout.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of purchase.

User Content

Users are not permitted to upload, post, or manage content on our platform. Alignce LLC maintains full control over the content displayed within our Services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Share, distribute, or sell any part of our programs or content without permission
Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Spam, solicit, or engage in disruptive behavior on or through our platform
Grant access to any third party using your account credentials

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Alignce LLC.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and training provided through our Services, including but not limited to the SalesCode System®, are the exclusive property of Alignce LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Account Termination

Alignce LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in unauthorized account sharing or grant third-party access
You attempt to copy, share, or download proprietary training material without permission

Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Alignce LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

Alignce LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
